Vibroacoustic therapy is a form of therapy that combines sound and vibration to promote a deeply centering mind-body experience using vibro-tactile stimulation and vibroacoustic sound. As a graduate of the Mindfulness Meditation Teachers Certification Program (MMTCP) at the Awareness Training Institute, affiliated with the prestigious Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkeley, I bring forth an understanding of mindfulness practices and their scientifically validated benefits.

Additionally, I hold certification in Vibroacoustic Therapy from Vibroacoustic Therapy International, complemented by a rigorous two year training in eastern alternative therapies from The New York College of Health Professions.These modalities, deeply rooted in Western anatomy, physiology, and the principles of oriental medicine, recognize the transformative power of sound and vibration in promoting relaxation, healing, and overall well-being.
